10TH CONFERENCE ON NEW DEVELOPPEMENTS IN PHOTODETECTION

The Convention Bureau Troyes La Champagne Events provides you with a reservation service via a secure and personalized platform for booking your accommodation with:
- Rates negotiated with hoteliers and contingents reserved in a wide selection of hotels of all categories, located near the venue of the event
- Payment directly to the hotel
To book :
Complete all fields
Click on "create" to validate.
A new page opens, enter the username and password and click on "login"
To book your accommodation: click on "Book a hotel" and select the hotel of your choice (hotel listing) or on the map by locating the hotel of your choice.
Complete the form.
If you wish to register a single person and / or reserve a single room, click on "reserve".
If you wish to reserve other rooms, click on "Add" and as many times as necessary.
To go to the next step, click on "book".
The summary of your reservation appears on the screen: click on "Reserve" to finalize your pre-reservation (s).
This will be sent directly to the hotel. You will receive a confirmation email indicating the amount to be paid to the hotel to definitively validate your reservation (s).
To confirm your reservation, remember to send your bank details to the hotel.
If you want to change your reservation, log into your account.
